A teacher think of two consecutive numbers between 1 to 10. (1 and 10 are included) Now teacher tells one number to each of his two students Jack and Mary. He also tells them that the numbers are consecutive and numbers are between 1 to 10.
Following Conversation takes place in students:
Jack: I do not know your number.
Mary: I also do not know your number.
Jack: Now I know your number.
Based on this conversation , there are only four possible pairs of numbers the two students could have.
