This is a face illusion in which both a young boy and an old man can be seen. It depends on your perception and your view towards world what you see first ! This is also known as Father and son illusion.

The young boy is looking behind with a line at his neck which possibly marks his scarf. The same scarf line appears as a mouth for the old man though who appears looking at the right side. The ear of young boy is eye of Old man and chin of young boy is nose of old man in this optical illusion.
